About the Role

As an Analyst (L&D), you will have an opportunity to work on talent management projects across industries, representing varying client needs and geographies. Supporting the Managing Consultant, you will need to use your analytical, creative and inter-personal skills on an ongoing basis. Some of the tasks involved will be :

• Write reports, presentations and documentation related to the project
• Research topics, interpret data and present findings to the Managing Consultant / Clients
• Assist in developing content, learning materials, and assessments.
• Coordinate logistics for training programs, workshops, and e-learning rollouts.
• Manage learning platforms (LMS) – course setup, enrollments, reporting, troubleshooting.
• Gather participant feedback and prepare evaluation reports.
• Create content for media social media posts
• Project Management
