Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager

About the Role

Location - Pune - Kharadi

We’re looking for a Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager to lead strategic, tactical, and operational excellence across our organization.

This is a key leadership position, driving transformation through Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven decision-making, while embedding a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

You’ll collaborate with senior leadership to shape the CI roadmap, influence business outcomes, and ensure impactful, measurable results.

What You’ll Do

Lead CI Strategy : Develop and execute the CI roadmap aligned to organizational goals.

Manage Programs : Oversee a portfolio of CI initiatives from design to implementation.

Problem Solving : Use Lean, Six Sigma, RCA, and Kaizen to identify and resolve process inefficiencies.

Partner with Leaders : Work closely with senior stakeholders to drive change and deliver business impact.

Drive Data-Based Decisions : Use analytics to track performance, measure results, and recommend improvements.

Build Capability : Deliver training on CI methodologies to strengthen internal capabilities.

Governance & Reporting : Establish performance metrics and provide regular leadership updates.

What You Bring

✅ 12–15 years’ experience in Continuous Improvement / Operational Excellence / Program Management

✅ Proven success leading CI programs across diverse business functions

✅ Strong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, RCA, and Value Stream Mapping

✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills

✅ Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics-based decision-making

✅ Bachelor’s / Master’s in Engineering, Business, or related field (Lean / Six Sigma Certification preferred)
