Zartek is hiring an SEO Analyst (1–3 years) to grow organic traffic and conversions for our websites and a portfolio of client sites. You'll run audits, execute on-page and technical fixes, guide content with data-backed keyword strategies, and report clear impact. You'll collaborate with developers, designers, and account managers to ship measurable improvements fast.
Responsibilities
- Conduct full SEO audits (technical, on-page, content, links) and build 30–60–90 day roadmaps
- Perform keyword research, topic clustering, and competitor / SERP analysis; map keywords to pages
- Optimize titles, metas, headers, internal links, images, and structured data (Schema.org)
- Partner with dev / design to resolve crawl / index issues, canonicalization, redirects, CWV and page speed
- Support site launches / migrations with pre / post SEO QA and risk-free redirect plans
- Plan ethical link acquisition (digital PR, partnerships) and manage local SEO / GBP where relevant
- Create SEO content briefs; review drafts for search intent, E-E-A-T, and topical depth
- Set up and monitor GA4 / GSC dashboards; report on KPIs, insights, and next actions to stakeholders
Qualifications
1–3 years hands-on SEO experience (agency or product) with proven ranking / traffic winsProficiency with GA4, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog (or similar), and Ahrefs / SEMrushWorking knowledge of HTML / CSS basics, sitemaps, robots.txt, canonicals, hreflang, and schemaComfort collaborating with engineering / design; solid communication and brief-writing skillsNice to have : Looker Studio, GTM, PageSpeed / Lighthouse, basic SQL / BigQuery, CRO / heatmaps, and CMS experience (WordPress / Webflow / Shopify)Skills Required
