Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced and passionate CX CRM Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Customer Experience (CX) and CRM modules, driving seamless customer engagement across sales, service, marketing, and omnichannel operations.
Key Modules & Responsibilities :
POS (Point of Sale) :
- Manage and support POS systems for retail transactions, sales tracking, and customer billing.
- Ensure smooth integration between front-end POS and back-office systems.
Omni Channel :
Enable multi-channel integration to provide a unified customer experience across online, offline, and mobile platforms.Collaborate with IT and marketing teams to ensure seamless data flow across all customer touchpoints.CRM (Customer Relationship Management) :
Manage and configure CRM systems for effective customer data management, marketing automation, and customer retention.Work closely with business users to gather requirements and provide end-to-end CRM solutions.eCommerce & Product Management :
Oversee online store operations, product catalog setup, and digital asset management.Ensure alignment of product and pricing data across CRM and eCommerce :3+ years of experience as a CX or CRM Functional Consultant.Strong understanding of CX ecosystem POS, Omni Channel, CRM, and eCommerce.Experience with tools like Oracle CX Cloud, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.Excellent communication and business analysis skills.Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business teams.(ref : hirist.tech)
