Founded in 2011, Accuracap is a pioneering boutique investment management firm with one of the strongest performance track records in India. Backed by technology and data-driven strategies, we manage differentiated PMS and AIF products, with our flagship PMS strategy, PicoPower, consistently among the top-performing in the country.

With a lean team of six professionals across Operations, R&D, and Compliance, we are now seeking a Principal - Business Development & Client Partnerships to lead our growth efforts through HNI, family offices, and distributor engagement.

Your Role

This is a high-impact, strategic business development role with direct ownership of AUM growth. You will :

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with existing distributors (RIAs, IFAs, private banks, family offices).
  • Originate, engage, and manage HNI and UHNI relationships for PMS and AIF products.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new distribution partners to expand Accuracap's market footprint.
  • Design and execute channel and territory growth strategies.
  • Conduct structured partner training and enablement sessions to strengthen product knowledge and sales outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to deliver campaigns, events, and thought-leadership initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory updates to refine sales strategies.
  • Ensure disciplined AUM forecasting, pipeline management, and compliance in every engagement.

Your Profile (3Es)

Education

  • MBA / Executive MBA (Finance preferred) from a top management institute.
  • SEBI / NISM certifications (or readiness to complete within 60 days of joining).
  • CFA / CFP is an 7-10 years in sales, business development, or distribution within PMS, AIF, or wealth management.
  • Minimum 4 years of direct PMS / AIF / HNI origination.
  • Demonstrated track record of raising AUM from HNIs, family offices, RIAs, or private banks.
  • Experience in boutique or lean setups preferred, with comfort taking end-to-end ownership.
  • Exposure

  • Established network in the Indian wealth management ecosystem.
  • Prior experience managing investor events, partner enablement sessions, and product presentations.
  • Familiarity with SEBI-regulated sales processes, documentation, and compliance workflows.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams including Research, Operations, and Compliance.
  • What Success Looks Like (12 Months)

  • Consistently deliver on quarterly and annual AUM growth targets with high forecast accuracy.
  • Strengthen Accuracap's presence by building a curated set of high-value distributor and HNI relationships.
  • Establish a robust and referenceable HNI pipeline with measurable conversions.
  • Lead partner enablement initiatives that result in increased deal flow and stronger market positioning.
  • Maintain zero compliance breaches and deliver superior partner / client satisfaction.
