Corporate Legal Internship
Duration: 3 Months
Location: Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Management & Documentation
Assist in drafting reviewing and maintaining basic commercial contracts NDAs service agreements and standard templates
Regulatory & Compliance Support
Litigation & Court Filings
Stamp Duty & Documentation
Support determination of applicable stamp duty on agreements across states
General Legal Support
Desired Skill Set & Knowledge
Mandatory
Basic understanding of Indian Contract Act 1872
Foundational knowledge of RBI regulations and compliance framework
Awareness of court procedures and filing processes
Basic understanding of contract execution lifecycle
