Position: US IT Recruiter

Location: Sector 63 Noida (Onsite)

Shift Timing: 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM (IST)

Position Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 1 to 3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen IT professionals for US-based roles (contract and full-time).

Utilize job portals, databases, and networking platforms to identify candidates.

Conduct initial interviews and evaluate technical and communication skills.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process in coordination with clients.

Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Requirements:

1- 3 year of experience in US IT recruitment.

Strong knowledge of US work visas and employment types.

Proficient in using job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.).

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Willingness to work in US time zones.
