Bid Strategy Specialist

CSM Technologies is qualified candidates having relevant experience in IT Presales can apply. The candidate should be smart and have excellent communication skills. S / He needs to work on RFPs, tender documents, concept notes, presentation and system study. The selected candidates also need to do technical writing, proposal aggregation, bid management & content editing.

Experience : 3 to 5 years

Qualification : BE / B.Tech / MBA

Job Profile

• Work with the Business Development team to develop winning bid strategies and built opportunity from scratch
• Conceptualizing solution and representation through power point.
• Ownership of the overall delivery of proposals ensuring on time, quality and 100% compliance.
• Define and ensure implementation of achievable bid plans including schedule, resource and budget requirements.
• Ensure adherence to company’s processes and procedures.
• Interface with internal teams, SME and external stakeholders to compile compelling bids including price negotiation.
• Client representation and product / solution demonstration.
• Analyzing the competitiveness of bid pricing and providing benchmarking data.
• Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Guide team to improve upon their skill and ensure quality and ontime deliverables.
• Conduct internal sessions on best practices.
• Provide support to cross [HR, Finance, Marketing, BSS] functional teams when needed.
• Ensure 100% repository update and MIS compliance of entire team.
