Responsiblities

Coordinating with Client and Design team, raising queries to concerned entities like Client and Design consultants and get them clarified.

Ensure the quantities are within the specified margins as per the contract terms. Prepare monthly cost management reports and tracking the budget with respect to ongoing activities. Raising flags / advance warnings that can impact the overall budget or schedule of activities

Cash flow preparation and forecasting

Hold of both Pre & post contracts

Preparing bid proposals

Negotiating with the vendors and contractors
