The Role

We’re looking for an experienced media activation manager with a strong background in digital and B2B to join our growing B2B media team. You’ll be responsible for the planning, activation, execution, and optimisation of performance media campaigns across digital channels including LinkedIn, Google Ads, programmatic, and ABM platforms. This role sits at the heart of client delivery, working closely with account leads, strategists, and platform specialists to drive measurable outcomes for our clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building trusted relationships at multiple stakeholder levels.
  • Act as a strategic partner, advising clients on activation best practices and innovative solutions in digital media aligned with their objectives.
  • Proactively manage client expectations, providing clear communication, timely updates, and thoughtful recommendations.
  • Lead end-to-end project management for campaigns and activations across digital, experiential, and media channels
  • Translate client briefs into actionable plans, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and business goals.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure flawless execution.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to design innovative, insight-driven activation solutions.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and prepare client-facing reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Optimize media mix and activation approaches to maximize reach, engagement, and ROI.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding scope of work with existing clients.
  • Manage Content Syndication activity, driving best practices and robust ways of working with partners

What You’ll Bring

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in digital media planning and buying, with a minimum of 3 years in B2B, within a performance marketing environment
  • You’re hands-on with platforms like LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, DV360, and are comfortable setting up, managing, and optimising campaigns
  • You’re familiar with running Content Syndication campaigns, and have existing publisher relationships
  • You enjoy digging into data to uncover insights, trends, and opportunities, and can translate that into clear recommendations
  • You’re a confident communicator, able to present ideas and performance updates to both clients and internal teams
  • You’re detail-oriented and take pride in running campaigns that are accurate, efficient, and effective
  • You’re comfortable managing multiple workstreams at once and can prioritise well under pressure
  • You take initiative, enjoy solving problems, and like to stay ahead of industry trends
  • You’re collaborative by nature and thrive in a team environment, and you’re also self-driven and capable of working independently
