Job descriptionVetting, drafting & reviewing contracts, MoUs, lease agreements, service agreements and other legal documents. Providing legal opinions and ensuring compliance with applicable laws & regulations. Coordinating with external legal counsels for company litigations & case-related matters. Maintaining repository of legal documents, notices & contract renewal tracking. Handling statutory filings, licenses, renewals and regulatory requirements. Drafting legal notices, replies, and assisting in dispute resolution. Conducting legal risk assessments and advising management proactively. Supporting internal departments in case of legal queries, audit requirements or negotiations.
Position : Legal Executive
Location : Thenkasi, Tamil Nadu
Experience Required : Minimum 2 Years

Job Overview
We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Legal Executive to manage legal documentation, contracts, and compliance-related activities. The candidate will be responsible for vetting, drafting, and reviewing agreements, supporting internal teams with legal queries, and ensuring adherence to statutory requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB / BL – mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate legal work or litigation support.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent drafting, reviewing & interpretation skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation & documentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently with high attention to detail and confidentiality.
