Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Supply Chain Analyst, and the position is located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. Our sourcing vertical focuses on steel and allied raw materials , and we are now expanding our team with a Supply Chain Analyst – Steel , to strengthen procurement, supplier management, and client coordination within the fast-evolving industrial ecosystem.

As a Supply Chain Analyst – Steel , you’ll manage the operational and commercial flow of raw materials such as billet, sponge iron, and scrap for our SME and mid-market customers.

You will work closely with suppliers, logistics partners, and clients to ensure smooth execution of sourcing operations , data-backed procurement decisions , and transparent coordination across the value chain .

This is a foundational role for someone eager to grow into a category lead within the steel and metals supply ecosystem.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end procurement operations for assigned steel categories — billet, sponge iron, and scrap.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers , ensuring compliance with Xecute’s sourcing and quality standards.
• Coordinate directly with clients to understand demand forecasts, specifications, and delivery schedules.
• Work with logistics, finance, and risk teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.
• Maintain detailed records of POs, contracts, and supplier performance metrics.
• Support AI-based sourcing analytics and cost optimization initiatives .
