Director- DesignAs a design Director, you will be setting the vision, process, direction and own design execution for a multidisciplinary team of Product Designers. In this role, you will be thinking big to focus on the long-term strategy and plan for the product. You will make sure that the design function is well integrated within the product development process and is not an afterthought. What

You’ll OwnLead end-to-end UX / UI design for key fintech products, ensuring intuitive and visually engaging experiences.Guide a team of designers to deliver high-quality output while being hands-on with design execution.Manage and evolve the design system for consistency and efficiency across platforms.Translate user research, product goals, and business strategy into user-centric design solutions.Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, compliance, and other stakeholders.Regularly evaluate design performance using KPIs and user feedback, iterating to improve impact.

Who You Are10+ years of design experience with 3+ years in a leadership or design lead role.Strong portfolio showcasing impactful work in consumer tech, fintech, or high-growth products.Proficient in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and familiar with design balance of creative vision and practical execution — you understand users, business, and brand.Excellent at communication, mentoring, and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.Excellent understanding of design principles, user-centred design methodologies, and industry-specific compliance and security standards.
