JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Content Creation and Management
- Create compelling and tailored content for various social media platforms, ensuring it aligns with each brand’s objectives
- Maintain a content calendar to schedule the posts strategically, optimizing reach and engagement
2) Strategy Development
Collaborate with internal teams and create strategies that align with the overall marketing objective of the brandStay updated about industry trends and platform updates to keep the content effective.3) Client Management & Coordination
Act as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for clients, maintaining professionalism, a calm tone, and decorum in all interactions.Serve as a Key Account Manager , overseeing all aspects of clients’ brand presence and ensuring their needs are met.Coordinate with multiple departments, including design, content, and production, to deliver brand-specific requirements efficiently.4) Collaboration & Team Oversight
Work closely with designers, video editors, and the production team to produce impactful, high-quality content.Provide creative inputs to enhance content quality and engagement.Conduct monthly meetings to assess work quality, content consistency, and overall workflow efficiency.5) Analysis and Reporting
Track and analyze performance indicators such as impressions, reach, and engagement to assess the effectiveness of the campaigns.6) Escalations and Crisis Management
Monitor channels for potential issues - develop and implement response strategies to address concerns promptly and maintain the brand's online reputation.REQUIRED SKILLS
Prior experience in social media management or a related role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail.Experience working with a creative agency is preferredBENEFITS
