About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our paid marketing campaigns. In this role, you will own the entire paid media funnel—from strategy and execution to analytics and reporting—across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), , and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook / Instagram, YouTube, , and other performance channels.
- Drive user acquisition, lead generation, and ROI through data-backed strategies.
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance to improve CPC, CTR, CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
- Conduct A / B testing of ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to ensure creative assets and messaging align with campaign goals.
- Create and maintain detailed reports on campaign performance, insights, and growth opportunities.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging marketing technologies.
- Manage budgets, forecast spending, and ensure efficient allocation across channels.
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) to derive insights and inform future campaigns.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in performance marketing or a digital growth role.Proven track record of managing large-scale paid media campaigns and driving performance.Strong understanding of ad platforms including Google Ads, Meta, , TikTok, and others.Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, etc.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel / Sheets and reporting dashboards.Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.Experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment is a plus.Nice to Have
Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo).Understanding of SEO, email marketing, and overall digital marketing landscape.Experience in [insert industry : e.g., e-commerce, SaaS, D2C, etc.].What We Offer
