How will you make an impact in this role?
Manage and Lead the Discovery, Development and Maintenance of scalable AI / ML and Gen-AI driven capabilities in the area of Document AI, Computer Vision, NLP, Chatbots (Conversational AI).
Direct and lead the Research and Deployment of AI and Gen-AI solutions to power enterprise business needs
Analyzes business requirements and directs the translation into AI / machine learning-driven technical solutions, evaluating business needs and guiding the development of models and solutions
Deliver scalable AI solutions, managing interdisciplinary teams to meet business and technical requirements
Create data pipelines that feed machine learning models throughout the model lifecycle including training, inference ,HITL and re-training .
Closely follow research and open-source developments / publications and apply them.
Drive high-level and detailed technical design conversations and reviews
Function as an active member of an agile team
