Job description
  • Identify and engage with potential major accounts (MAMs).
  • Map the accounts and validate their business potential.
  • Develop and maintain direct relationships with high-potential customers.
  • Engage with various stakeholders to explore cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Meet annual, quarterly, and monthly targets for unit sales (boxes) and revenue.
  • Maintain a healthy sales funnel in terms of both quality and quantity.
  • Qualify prospects by conducting daily customer meetings to uncover requirements and position the right products and solutions.
  • Perform daily tasks to ensure a sufficient funnel and meet monthly revenue / unit targets.
  • Conduct effective product demonstrations and proofs of concept (POC).
  • Follow proper processes for order execution and ensure customer expectations are met regarding deliveries.
  • Coordinate with service, logistics, and sales admin teams to ensure machine installation and payment collection.
  • Ensure accurate fulfillment of customer commitments related to deliverables.
  • Engage with large System Integrators (SIs), OPS, and partners to capture high-value tenders, orders, and print contracts.
  • Meet and convince end customers to promote KM products and solutions.
  • Address RFPs and RFQs in collaboration with SI / OPS partners, ensuring proposals are submitted within deadlines.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration to drive better results and maintain a healthy work environment.
  • Maintain consistent updates in CRM, ensure timely reporting of relevant sales data, and provide feedback on competitor activity.
  • Deliver results in alignment with company objectives while adhering to policies and compliance standards.
