Key Responsibilities
- Define, build, and implement long-term brand strategies, including distinct positioning and messaging across all consumer touchpoints.
- Lead market research to gather insights on consumer behavior, trends, and competitors, using findings to shape go-to-market and product strategies.
- Manage product ideation, development, launch, and performance, ensuring alignment with brand values and market demand.
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns (TV, digital, print, influencer, in-store) with agencies, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and target audience.
- Efficiently own and manage brand budgets, measuring performance across all channels to improve ROI through data-backed optimizations.
- Collaborate with sales and trade marketing for consistent retail visibility and execution, developing promotional strategies to boost in-store engagement.
- Identify innovation opportunities within product categories and lead the development and execution of new product launch strategies.
- Safeguard IP, trademarks, and uphold brand identity 5-8 years in Brand Management, preferably in FMCG / Nutrition / Consumer Health
- Proven experience in ATL, BTL, Digital, Influencer & Performance campaigns
- Strong sense of design, storytelling, and consumer experience
- Creative thinker with an analytical mind
