Role Overview
The role is accountable for driving end-to-end hiring cycles across diverse non-IT verticals. The consultant will operate as a strategic talent partner, ensuring seamless mandate closure, optimised sourcing pipelines, and consistent delivery against client SLAs. This position demands strong stakeholder management, solution-oriented execution, and high-velocity recruitment capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Non-IT functions, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics, Hospitality, FMCG, Retail, Real Estate, Healthcare, and other allied sectors.
- Source and evaluate candidates through professional networks, job portals, internal databases, and market mapping strategies.
- Conduct structured screening, competency evaluation, and role-fit assessment to ensure high-quality submissions.
- Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline across active and upcoming mandates.
- Liaise with clients to understand job briefs, workforce plans, and hiring priorities, translating them into actionable recruitment strategies.
- Drive interview scheduling, feedback tracking, negotiation support, and offer management.
- Ensure SLA adherence, TAT compliance, and consistent delivery across multiple mandates.
- Maintain MIS trackers, submission reports, and recruitment dashboards for internal and client reviews.
- Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and competitive benchmarking as part of the consultative engagement model.
- Enhance the candidate experience and achieve high conversion rates through proactive engagement.

1–5 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment (agency or in-house).Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; HR specialisation preferred.Prior experience in handling multi-sector Non-IT mandates is an advantage.
