Key Responsibilities
- Showroom Operations Management
- Supervise daily operations on the showroom floor, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and security.
- Monitor inventory display and ensure products are showcased attractively.
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOP's) for sales, billing, and customer service.
- Sales Target Achievement
- Assist the sales team in achieving individual and collective sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance, provide coaching, and suggest improvements.
- Up-sell and cross-sell products while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Customer Experience Management
- Ensure customers receive prompt and personalized attention.
- Handle escalated customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers and VIP clients.
- Team Management Training
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate floor staff, sales executives, and greeters.
- Conduct regular training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
- Create duty rosters and manage staff attendance.
- Reporting Coordination
- Maintain daily reports on sales, inventory, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the back office, inventory, and marketing teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory guidelines.
