Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements and document process flows and system specifications.
- Conduct root cause analysis and provide solutions for process-related issues.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Support project management initiatives by tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery of process improvement initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.3-8 years of experience in process analysis or a similar role, preferably within the insurance sector.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues effectively.Proficient in process mapping and modeling techniques (e.g., BPMN, Six Sigma).Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and reporting software.Excellent communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and present findings clearly.Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.Skills Required
