We’re on the lookout for a driven and analytical professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager – Strategy. This role is perfect for someone with a medical background (MBBS or BDS) who’s passionate about making an impact through data, strategy, and student engagement.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to transition from clinical work into the corporate or EdTech space, using their healthcare knowledge to drive strategic outcomes.

Responsibilities

• MBBS (preferred) or BDS graduate
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical thinker – comfortable working with data and insights
• Proficiency in MS Office & Excel
• Ability to connect with 10–15 students per week via calls or Google Meet
• Availability for a Monday–Saturday work schedule
