About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled AI / Prompt Engineering Intern to support our initiatives around building and optimizing custom GPT models. This role is ideal for someone passionate about AI, conversational design, and prompt engineering.

Key Responsibilities

The intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include :

Develop & configure custom GPT models

Create and set up AI models tailored to specific project instructions and business needs.

Train models for accuracy & consistency

Optimize the GPT’s ability to deliver accurate, context-specific, and high-quality responses through prompt engineering and iterative training.

Monitor performance & suggest improvements

Track model usage, evaluate response patterns, and recommend enhancements to improve accuracy, relevance, and overall user experience.

Requirements

Strong understanding of prompt engineering concepts and hands-on experience working with ChatGPT or similar LLMs .

Ability to design, test, and refine prompts for different use cases.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret model behaviors.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Passion for AI, automation, and conversational technologies.
