Learn more about us : Responsibilities :

• Participate in business analysis activities to gather the required reporting and dashboard requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into detailed specifications that will be used to implement the required reports and dashboards considering multiple data sources.
• Collaborate with other specialists to convert legacy reports into BI solutions or a central reporting system.
• Transition developed reports and dashboards to the Operations & Support team ensuring smooth handover and knowledge transfer.
• Provide support to ensure the availability and performance of developed reports and dashboards for all users troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Offer training and assistance to users in generating ad hoc reports empowering them to utilize the reporting capabilities effectively.
• Maintain the timeline and accuracy of reports ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with the Operations & Support team to address any user queries or concerns related to the reports and dashboards.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in MIS reporting and analytics to continually enhance the reporting solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs provide insights and suggest improvements for data visualization and reporting.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy by conducting regular quality checks and implementing necessary data governance processes.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth integration and maintenance of reporting solutions.
• Document processes specifications and user guides to ensure effective knowledge sharing and documentation of the reporting solutions.
