Talent Sourcing Intern

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven freshers to join our Talent Acquisition team at Crio.Do. This internship is a great opportunity to kick-start your career in recruitment and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and role expectations.

Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates from various channels.

Schedule and manage interview processes and follow-ups.

Maintain accurate candidate records and support documentation.

Participate in recruitment drives and campus engagement initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong interest in recruitment, HR, and talent acquisition.

Familiarity with job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.

Understanding of recruitment workflows and hiring funnels.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn and contribute.

Comfortable working with tools like Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.

Ensure a smooth and positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
