We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Manager to drive client engagement and ensure exceptional service delivery.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about building strong relationships, solving problems, and helping clients achieve long-term success.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication.
• Conduct regular client meetings (onsite & virtual) to understand needs and deliver solutions.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships to boost satisfaction and loyalty.
• Address client concerns promptly and provide effective resolutions.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver value-added services.
• Document client interactions, feedback, and meeting outcomes for continuous Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3-6 years experience in relationship management, account management, or customer success.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and meetings effectively.

Soft Skills We Value :
