Your Tasks

• Project Management : - Deliver medium complex Innovation projects. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the consumer ,Scientific background and respective category in relevant geographies.
• Insight & Technology Management : -Generate and manage consumer Insights, integrating and converting them into innovation projects across the regions. Connecting it with deep scientific understanding on Physiology & Technology.
• Open Innovation : - Scout for new, relevant technologies from a network of new and existing partners. Contribute in new product development through said partnerships.
• Workflow know how : Job holder should be aware of general product development and innovation management processes and is also expected to develop expertise in various internal R&D data management tools.
• Organizational Tasks : He / She is expected to manage lab management topics like general safety, raw material management, waste management etc.
• Co-ordination & Exchange : He / She is expected to participate in several cross regional R&D work groups. He / She is also expected to be a single point contact for several key suppliers / external partners.
• Category Business Knowledge : Basic understanding of business cases and financials is expected.
• Stakeholder Management : Job holder should be able to influence and drive decision with key stakeholder in alignment with department head on projects and categories.
