Chief Of Staff Shyam Chemicals is a leading manufacturer of high-quality copper chemicals, serving diverse industries in India and globally.

Salary : 10 LPA - 15 LPA

Job Summary :

As the CEO's right hand, you'll drive key business initiatives across all departments. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in every aspect of a chemical manufacturing business, including sales, production, finance, and new projects.

Key Execution & Projects :

  • Work with the CEO to define and drive key business initiatives.
  • Manage new projects, from plant setup to product launches, ensuring they are executed on time and on budget.

Cross-Functional Liaison :

  • Serve as a bridge between the CEO and department heads.
  • Ensure effective communication and alignment across all functions to achieve company goals.

    • Finance, Accounts & MIS :

  • Support the CEO by reviewing financial reports and helping to prepare management information system (MIS) reports.
  • Consolidate data from various departments to provide a holistic view of business performance.

    • HR & Organizational Effectiveness :

  • Collaborate with the HR head on talent initiatives and employee engagement.

    • Problem-Solving & Support :

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO. Proactively jump into any area of the business to help solve problems and ensure "things get done."

    • Growth Initiatives :

  • Play a key role in ensuring new product development, new customers, new markets, and new factories are all executed Education : A bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering is required. An MBA is an advantage.
  • Experience : Minimum 2 years in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, such as management consulting or a growth-stage company.
  • Skills : Exceptional analytical, project management, and communication skills. Must have a high degree of discretion and integrity.
