We are seeking a highly motivated professional with 5+ years of proven experience in connecting with external parties, specifically for programme sales and securing student placements / internships. This is an action-oriented role for someone who excels at building deep, productive partnerships and is ready to be on the field, representing our institute to top corporate decision-makers.
Responsibilities
Regional Outreach : Proactively identify and engage with companies across Kerala and other states to establish long-term relationships.
Target Achievement : Execute strategies to achieve ambitious targets for student placements and internship opportunities.
Revenue Generation : Drive the sales and implementation of our executive education and corporate training programs.
Field Liaison : Act as the primary, hands-on representative of the institute during corporate visits and meetings.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 5+ years of progressive, full-time experience in Corporate Relations, Business Development, Placement Coordination, or B2B sales (preferably in the education, training, or staffing sectors).
A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory; a Master's Degree (MBA) in Marketing, HR, or Management is highly preferred.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets related to client acquisition, B2B sales, or student placements.
Prior experience successfully selling intangible services (like educational programs or consulting) to corporate HR / L&D departments is a significant asset.
Candidate should be willing and able to undertake frequent, often independent, field travel (up to 50-70% time) within the mandated geography.
