Job Position : Sales Officers (On-Roll) – Telangana Region
Locations : Ranga Reddy, Medchal, Hyderabad, Warangal, Karimnagar, Medak, Siddipet, Wanaparthy, Khammam, Nalgonda, Yadadri
Role Description
Drive secondary sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual volume targets for the assigned territory.
Ensure proper placement and availability of company brands in retail outlets, bars, and clubs (on-trade & off-trade).
Execute outlet coverage as per the defined route plan.
Ensure merchandising and visibility of brands on outlet shelves, along with proper display of POS materials, posters, and other visibility aids.
Collect stock details and ensure availability of all SKUs in outlets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with syndicates, retail groups, and key outlets.
Visit on-trade and off-trade outlets as per MJP (Market Journey Plan).
Drive FMO distribution and ensure effective market coverage.
Gather and report competitor information and market intelligence.
Submit day plans and reports accurately and on time.
Communicate trade schemes and ensure proper scheme implementation and settlement.
Collect and maintain market settlement acknowledgments for reference and audit purposes.
Educational Qualification : Graduate / MBA preferred.
Experience : 2–3 years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing within the Alcobev, FMCG industry, Pharma ( Medical Representative), Construction chemicals, Telecom, Lubricants and Tyres with a proven track record of performance.
