Job Description
1. The technical support resource shall be proficient in customer handling
2. Proficient in OS – Linux, including basic administration knowledge (crontab, shell commands)
3. Scripting – Shell & Python
4. Excellent Troubleshooting, Analysis & Debugging skills
5. Knowledge on GSM, 3G / 4G / 5G Network Nodes and Architecture
6. SNMP, Nagios-like monitoring tools
7. Knowledge of Any Ticketing tool
8. Good knowledge of DB—Oracle & MySQL (Strong SQL and DBA Knowledge like tuning, purging, partitioning and backups )
9. Good to have –
MS suite, Protocol Stack (SS7 / SIGTRAN / IP)

Majorly, the candidate should write Linux commands, write shell scripts and write SQL queries.
