Job Summary

We are looking for a SEO Intern to join our Growth team. In this role, you will support AiA's marketing efforts by improving organic visibility, driving high-quality website traffic, enhancing domain authority, and implementing on-page and technical SEO best practices. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in growth marketing while working at the intersection of fintech and AI.

Where You Can Create Impact

As a SEO Intern, You Will

Conduct keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, SEMrush, etc.
Execute on-page SEO including meta titles, descriptions, header tags, canonical, and internal linking.
Optimize and publish blog content for SEO best practices.
Track and report key page performance using Google Analytics and Search Console, with actionable recommendations.
Identify technical SEO issues and coordinate with developers / teams to resolve them.
Conduct competitor analysis and keyword gap studies.
Assist with backlink-building strategies including outreach, directories, and profile creation.

Must-have

Requirements for the Role

Previous internship or SEO project experience.

Strong passion for digital marketing and SEO with a learner's mindset.

Intermediate understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.

Good-to-have

Knowledge of Webflow and / or WordPress.

Exposure to AI tools for SEO execution and analysis.

Familiarity with automation tools for SEO and growth marketing.
