Job Description :
We are hiring an HR Analyst with strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate HR data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will analyze workforce metrics, improve productivity, and provide deep insights into attrition, retention, and performance trends.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Develop automated dashboards and reports using Power BI to support HR decision-making.
Oversee day-to-day HR operations, benefits, and employee records management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Performance Management
Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of the Performance Management System.
Analyze performance review data to identify skill gaps, high-potential employees, and improvement areas.
Provide insights and recommendations to HR leadership for enhancing performance strategies.
Drive initiatives around attrition analysis, employee experience, and productivity improvement.
Workforce Planning & Talent Insights
Analyze hiring, turnover, performance, and workforce demographics to support workforce planning.
Provide insights to improve recruitment strategies, retention initiatives, and talent development programs.
Analytics Leadership
Act as an analytics champion within HR, promoting data-driven decision-making.
Built and maintained People Analytics dashboards in Power BI to track KPIs such as attrition, engagement, and talent pipeline health
Provide training and guidance to HR team members on analytics tools and best practices.
What We’re Looking For :
A strategic thinker with strong analytical and reporting skills.
Experience with HR datasets and tools (Power BI, HRIS systems, Excel, etc.).
3 - 5 years of experience in HR analytics, HR data analyst or similar roles.
