Requirements
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated IWMS Specialist with at least 2+ years of experience in Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS) and a solid background in real estate operations . The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting, configuring, and optimizing IWMS platforms to streamline workplace management processes, including space utilization, lease administration, maintenance management, and facility operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to bridge the gap between technology and business requirements in the real estate domain.

Key Responsibilities
- IWMS Administration & Support
- Configure, customize, and maintain IWMS applications to align with organizational real estate and facility management needs.
- Provide day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for IWMS-related functions.
- Ensure system reliability, availability, and security through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
- Real Estate & Facilities Management
- Support real estate portfolio management, lease tracking, and compliance within IWMS tools.
- Collaborate with facilities and workplace teams to optimize space planning, utilization, and occupancy management.
- Assist in managing property lifecycle processes, including acquisition, lease, renewal, and disposition.
- Process Improvement & Automation
- Analyze current workflows and recommend improvements through IWMS functionalities.
- Automate reporting and dashboards for KPIs such as space efficiency, lease performance, and facility costs.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve data quality across real estate systems.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with cross-functional teams including real estate, facilities, finance, and IT to ensure IWMS meets evolving business needs.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for requirement gathering and solution delivery.
- Provide training and user support to ensure effective adoption of IWMS tools.
- Reporting & Compliance
- Generate accurate reports and analytics for senior leadership to support real estate decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal regulations, and industry standards through IWMS configuration.
- Support audits and provide data integrity checks for real estate and facilities reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of hands-on experience with IWMS platforms (such as Archibus, Planon, IBM TRIRIGA, or similar).Solid background in real estate management, lease administration, or facilities operations.Strong understanding of space planning, workplace optimization, and property lifecycle management.Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation within IWMS tools.Familiarity with real estate financials, compliance requirements, and cost optimization.Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and process orientation.Excellent communication skills to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications
Experience with system integrations between IWMS and ERP / finance tools.Knowledge of real estate portfolio optimization strategies .Exposure to corporate workplace transformation initiatives .Familiarity with industry standards such as BOMA, IFMA, or ISO for facilities and real estate management.
