Responsible for assisting team with Shopify-related tasks, troubleshooting issues, and

updating team about new Shopify updates to improve UX / UI on client websites.

Location : Remote

Timings : 10am to 6pm, Monday to Friday

Salary : INR 25,000 - 35,000 Per month

Responsibilities

• Proactively improve website user experience.
• Troubleshooting : Diagnose and troubleshoot Shopify-related issues, such as order processing, theme customization, and up-to-date app integrations, and provide solutions to the team.
• Team Support : Respond promptly to the internal team in case of any client inquiries and support requests related to the Shopify platform via email, chat, or phone.
• Conduct Site Audits : Check weekly for bugs or if there are issues leading to site speed reduction
• Data Analysis : Collect and analyse data to provide insights and recommendations for improving Shopify store performance.
• Research : Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends, Shopify updates, features and best practices to provide valuable input to our team.
• Documentation : Maintain detailed SOPs of issues and resolutions

Qualifications

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

2. Passion for e-commerce and a basic understanding of online retail.

3. Proficient in MS Excel

4. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing technology.

5. Ability to pay close attention to detail and maintain high-quality work.

6. Basic familiarity with Shopify or a willingness to undergo Shopify training.

7. Basic understanding of web technologies and e-commerce platforms is a plus.

8. Ability to collaborate with a remote team and take direction.

9. Proactive and able to work independently.
