- Own and optimize end-to-end customer journey for merchant lending on the PhonePe for Business app
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prevent support issues and reduce ticket volume
- Drive product and process improvements using data insights and VOC
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Business to execute scalable growth and support strategies
