Senior Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Payroll Consultant

Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Fusion HCM Senior Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in payroll and functional knowledge of payroll for the US and Canada regions.

• Candidates must possess strong functional and technical knowledge of payroll processes and element setup for both the US and Canada regions.
• Experience working with US and Canada Year End Knowledge (t4 / rl1 / w4) is essential.
• A strong understanding of North America Taxation principles is required.
• Ability to write efficient formulas for payroll elements is crucial.
• Proficiency in BIP and OTBI development, as well as SDLC and JIRA knowledge, is necessary.
• Hands-on experience with HDL is expected.
• Ability to perform Payroll Balance Initializations and Balance Adjustments for US and Canada localizations.
• Pay slip template customizations experience is highly valued.
• Strong communication skills for preparing functional required documents.
