Position Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR professional who can handle complete HR operations, from recruitment to employee engagement. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a strong organizational culture and ensuring smooth HR functioning.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Handle employee records, payroll coordination, and attendance management.
Conduct performance appraisals and support team development.
Plan and execute employee engagement and retention activities.
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance with labor laws and company standards.
Work closely with management to align HR strategies with business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Business Administration or related field.

3–4 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.

Strong knowledge of HR policies, statutory compliance, and performance systems.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools.

Preferred :

Experience in a Data Analytics / IT / Pharmaceutical organization.

Ability to work independently and multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation :

Salary : 30,000 to 40,000 / - Monthly (based on experience and skills)
