Job description

  • Achieving sales targets month on month.
  • Key Account Management : Driving sales targets for assigned territory.
  • Customer relationship management.
  • Recommending and organizing marketing activities.
  • Organizing CME’s and other marketing activities as approved by the marketing team in conjunction with the Executive Director
  • Timely reporting of weekly reports and trackers for focus products.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve lead generation (volume and quality) targets to deliver on the Territory sales growth.
  • Deliver on year-on-year increase in lead generation to drive targeted sales growth.
  • Build and manage closed loop lead gen process.
  • Establish and maintain process for managing leads from Lead creation to customer order with full visibility of status.
  • Performs research on market, industry, competition, and their technical expertise, thus suggesting recommendations in our marketing strategies.
  • Conducts market surveys and analyses the same to share it with the respective regional team and leadership team.
  • Responsible for internal branding of Vital radiology services, India services from an organizational perspective.
  • Requirements for the position :

  • MBA in Marketing preferred.
  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role in Healthcare / Pharmaceutical / Diagnostics / Healthcare- BPO / Hospitals is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written), good presentation skills, Fluent English.
