Qualification- Graduate, Undergraduate

Location- JAIPUR

Candidate Should be Immediate Joiner .

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Should have experience of working as a Trainer in BPO for minimum 1 year
• Should know Throughput, Certification & Training related terms
• Should be aware of Training KPIs & KRAs.
• Should be well versed with the functions & tasks of Trainer
• Candidate should be flexible with Rotational Shifts & 5 days working culture.
• Should have excellent communication skills.
