Bio-Engineering Solutions Expert

Job descriptionBachelor's or Master's degree in bio-engineering, chemical engineering, or relevant fields, with expertise in enzyme know-how, applications, trouble-shooting, and engineering knowledge. 5+ years of experience in Enzyme business, Grain processing, Technical services, or Business Development is preferred. Experience working in production / process environments, distilling, or starch industries is highly valued. Proven track record in Enzyme Technical services / AR / MKT / BD, with rich experience in grain process application areas, including ethanol and starch. Excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across a multi-cultural organization. Strong business acumen and ability to work comfortably in matrix organizations. Able to travel extensively for long periods (at least 1 / 3 of working time). Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel). A dynamic and collaborative work environment. Ongoing training and development opportunities. A competitive compensation package.
Job Summary :
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Technical Services Manager. This role will be responsible for driving business growth by strengthening service levels to customers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions that meet customer needs and drive joint business growth.
- Identify and capitalize on new opportunities to create value for key accounts and distributors.
- Build strong relationships with customers and establish access to their operation teams.
- Lead the development and communication of product upgrades, new solution identification, and technical support to customer teams.
- Contribute to key projects initiated by RD and commercial teams, providing a technical perspective.
