JOB SUMMARY :

We are looking for a Senior Tester with 3+ years of experience in FinTech, banking, or payment solutions testing. The candidate should have strong expertise in manual testing, test planning, and defect management, with exposure to test automation. Youll work closely with developers, product managers, business analysts, and DevOps to ensure that our platforms are secure, stable, and scalable, meeting the highest standards of financial compliance and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing mobile and web applications, identifying bugs, writing test cases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality of our products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Design, develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases (manual and automated) for web and API-based FinTech applications.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, API, Performance, system, and end-to-end tests
• Identify, record, and thoroughly document defects and issues.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to understand requirements and provide early feedback.
• Drive defect triage processes, working collaboratively with engineering teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Lead test documentation and QA reporting for multiple releases.
• Collaborate with product and BA teams to ensure user stories and acceptance criteria are

clearly defined and testable.
