Role Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated Wellness Coordinator to join our team, supporting the delivery of our programs and ensuring an exceptional client experience. You will coordinate client interactions, scheduling, workshop logistics, and support the centre’s commitment to clarity, stillness, and transformation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Welcome clients, understand their needs, and guide them to appropriate programs.
• Manage scheduling of sessions, workshops and one-on-one coaching.
• Prepare the physical space for sessions, liaise with coaches.
• Maintain client records, perform follow-ups and feedback.
• Assist with outreach efforts and uphold the centre’s ambience.
