Job Description – Full Stack Developer Intern (MERN)

IAmMaturity

Stipend : ₹10,000 / month | Full-Time Remote | 9 : 30 AM – 6 : 00 PM | Immediate Joining

Note : This opportunity is only for IIT-based students, preferably in their last year of college academics.

About Us :

IAmMaturity is building a large-scale, multi-module professional ecosystem with real-time communication, cloud-native infrastructure, and cross-platform applications. We work fast, iterate fast, and expect high ownership from every contributor.

Role : Full Stack Developer Intern (MERN + DevOps + Real-Time Systems)

Compensation : ₹10,000 / month + performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop end-to-end features using MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js (MERN) .
  • Build responsive and fast web interfaces using React.js
  • Contribute to mobile app development using React Native .
  • Implement WebRTC & WebSockets for real-time communication and interactions.
  • Deploy applications on GCP using Cloud Run, Compute Engine, or App Engine.
  • Work with Docker , basic Kubernetes , CI / CD, and cloud-based dev workflows.
  • Implement authentication, authorization, search, matching logic, and backend services.
  • Integrate APIs, handle data pipelines, cron jobs, and MongoDB optimizations.
  • Rapidly design UI screens, dashboards, and components as required.
  • Maintain documentation, code quality, scalability, and performance tuning.

Required Skills :

  • Fast learner, high ownership, ability to work independently.
  • Strong MERN stack understanding.
  • React.js proficiency + React Native basic working experience.
  • Experience with REST APIs, WebSockets, JWT / Auth.
  • Docker knowledge; basic Kubernetes familiarity.
  • Exposure to cloud deployments (preferably GCP).
  • Experience with real-time communication (WebRTC / WebSockets).
  • Ability to integrate third-party APIs.
  • Strong Git / GitHub workflow understanding.
  • Bonus Skills :
  • Redis / BullMQ, cron jobs, queues.
  • UI component libraries
  • Experience building large-scale or multi-module applications.
