Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Requirements :

• Job Portal Expertise : Minimum 2 +years of hands-on experience with Naukri (posting, sourcing, Boolean search, nVites, etc.)
• Recruitment Process : Sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, and offer issuance using source types such as job portals, referrals, and vendors.
• Tracking & Reporting : Ability to create and maintain required trackers and dashboards.
• Stakeholder Management : Experience in global stakeholder management is preferred.
• Walk-in Drives : Coordination and management of walk-in interview drives.
• Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Education : Regular graduate (B.Com / BBA / Other)
