Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a CargoWise Functional Consultant. The Functional Consultant will be responsible for analyzing business processes, providing consulting services, and optimizing CargoWise solutions for clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting needs assessments, developing and implementing customized CargoWise solutions, offering guidance on best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. The role also requires training clients on CargoWise functionalities and troubleshooting any issues that arise.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical and Business Process skills
• Knows about Documents & Reports customisation
• Experience in Consulting and Finance
• Excellent Communication skills
• Proficiency in CargoWise system is highly desirable
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field
• Prior experience in supply chain and logistics sector is a plus
