Role Summary & Role Description :
Enterprise Resiliency Office (ERO) develops and oversees a global program that governs the business in the creation of effective and risk appropriate resiliency solutions including continuity and recovery solutions to support the continuation of critical processing and servicing of our clients. The ERO Third Party Resiliency Assistant Vice President (AVP) reports to Third Party Resiliency management and is responsible for supporting the alignment of State Street's Critical Third Parties (CTPSPs) to the corporate-wide operational resilience and business continuity programs. This individual will serve as a liaison between ERO, Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), Engagement Managers and Business Continuity teams on Third-Party related matters.

What you will be responsible for
As a Third-Party Resiliency AVP you will :
Perform Third-Party Verification by analyzing Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and collecting test results to identify potential Third-Party resiliency risks
Provide leadership to the team by supervising and overseeing the Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) review process
Engage with the Third-Parties on resiliency matters
Assist with creating and / or updating program Standards, Procedures and reporting
Monitor, track and report on Third-Party due diligence and testing
Support ERO management to validate that Business Continuity, Operational Resilience, and regulatory requirements are adequately addressed for State Street's CTPSP (Critical Third Party Service Providers) engagements
Prepare reporting and ensure it is complete and accurate
Communicate with the business about Third-Party testing requirements, obtain and enter test results in the continuity management system
Identify any known issues or weaknesses in the Third-Party's resilience capabilities, open findings, and approve remediation
Execute on additional program responsibilities as requested

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
Minimum relevant industry experice of 12-14 years
4+ years Third-Party Risk Management and / or Resiliency / Business Continuity experience preferred
4+ years related industry experience a plus
Professional Third-Party / Business Continuity certification preferred
Project Management, analysis and reporting experience beneficial
Experience with supervising staff and processes is preferred
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required
Core / Must have skills :
Third-Party Risk Management and / or Resiliency / Business Continuity experience
Project Management, analysis and reporting experience

Good to have skills :
