Job Title : DevOps / Backend Engineer

Location : Remote

Experience : 3-5 years of experience

Role :

We are hiring DevOps and Backend Engineers to build secure, scalable, and production-ready infrastructure and backend systems. You will work across modern cloud-native technologies, automation, and distributed systems—often in isolated / offline environments requiring high reliability and security.

What You’ll Work On

DevOps Engineering

Kubernetes-based orchestration
Terraform-based IaC
CI / CD automation (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
Setting up and operating secure, standalone environments

Backend Engineering

Backend development using Go, Python, or Java

Docker, gRPC, and Kubernetes-native services

Integrations with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)

Experience with ML pipelines or large-scale data systems is a plus

Requirements

3–5 years experience in DevOps, SRE, backend engineering, platform engineering, or

cloud operations

Technical degree from an accredited university

Experience with 5+ technologies , such as : Kubernetes, Terraform OSS, GitLab CI, Keycloak, Prometheus / Grafana, ELK stack, Jaeger, MinIO, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, Nginx, Kong, AWS / GCP / Azure, etc.

Experience with 5+ functional areas , including : IAM, SCM, CI / CD, Container Orchestration, Secrets Management, Monitoring, Logging, Distributed Tracing, Object Storage, Databases, Incident Management, Cost Management, API Gateways, Proxy Servers.
