Job description

Role Overview :

We are seeking a data-driven and analytical Digital Marketing Analyst to strengthen our online

presence and patient acquisition funnel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking,

analyzing, and optimizing all digital marketing initiatives — ensuring measurable ROI for hospital

campaigns and driving consistent growth in patient leads.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Performance Tracking & Analysis :

  • Monitor and analyze performance across digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads,

YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Track key KPIs : impressions, CTR, conversions, cost per lead (CPL), and ROI.
  • Generate weekly and monthly dashboards with actionable insights for management.
  • SEO & Website Optimization :

  • Conduct keyword research relevant to healthcare and hospital services.
  • Track website performance (traffic, bounce rate, page rankings).
  • Recommend improvements for organic reach, blog content, and landing pages.
  • Campaign Optimization :

  • Collaborate with design team to fine-tune ad creatives and targeting.
  • Run A / B tests on ads, landing pages, and campaigns to improve conversions.
  • Analyze call-to-action performance and suggest strategies to enhance patient
  • engagement.

    Lead Management & Conversion Insights :

  • Work with the customer care and hospital CRM to track lead quality and conversion
  • rates.

  • Identify drop-off points in the patient journey (enquiry → consultation → admission).
  • Share insights with sales and marketing teams to improve campaign efficiency.
  • Competitor & Market Analysis :

  • Track competitor hospitals’ digital presence, campaigns, and content strategies.
  • Provide recommendations to differentiate Onus Robotic Hospitals digitally.
  • Stay updated on healthcare digital marketing trends and tools.
  • Qualifications & Skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing analytics (healthcare experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and SEM tools.
  • Experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools (SEMRush / Ahrefs),
  • and CRM reporting.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint
  • Ability to translate data into clear insights and actionable strategies.
