Position Overview

The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Snapbeep Digital will be the driving force behind our marketing vision, growth strategy, and global brand positioning .

This leader will oversee all marketing verticals — from creative and communications to analytics, lead generation, and client acquisition — ensuring Snapbeep remains at the forefront of digital innovation and performance excellence.

Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic & Leadership

  • Define the global marketing roadmap and ensure alignment with overall business and revenue goals.
  • Lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary marketing team (creative, paid media, SEO, PR, automation, influencer, and performance units).
  • Work directly with the CEO to scale Snapbeep’s global footprint and B2B growth.
  • Manage marketing budgets, ROI tracking, and performance analytics.

2. Brand & Communication

  • Elevate Snapbeep’s brand image across international markets through storytelling, digital PR, and thought leadership.
  • Oversee internal and external communication — from corporate branding to public relations and investor-facing content.
  • Develop strategic collaborations, sponsorships, and influencer partnerships that align with Snapbeep’s positioning.
  • 3. Growth & Performance Marketing

  • Drive lead generation , client acquisition, and retention strategies across all channels.
  • Scale paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms.
  • Optimize data-driven funnels and campaign automation to achieve measurable growth targets.
  • Integrate AI-based tools and analytics dashboards for smarter decision-making.
  • 4. Product & Innovation Marketing

  • Collaborate with tech and business units to position Snapbeep’s proprietary platforms and SaaS tools in global markets.
  • Launch go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new services and partnerships.
  • Ensure consistent value communication across all digital and physical touchpoints.
  • 5. Leadership & Culture

  • Foster a performance-driven, creative, and data-oriented marketing culture.
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team.
  • Represent Snapbeep at industry events, conferences, and media forums.
  • Qualifications

  • 8–15 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or CMO role.
  • Proven success in performance marketing, B2B / B2C digital strategy, and brand scaling .
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, CRM tools, analytics platforms, and AI marketing technologies .
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Experience working in or with global markets is a major plus.
